드롭스톤 이용약관
- 서비스: 드롭스톤은 집중한 시간을 물방울과 바위로 보여 주는 집중 타이머 앱이에요. 회원 가입 없이 쓸 수 있어요.
- 구독과 결제: 집중을 시작하려면 월간·연간 구독 또는 평생 이용권이 필요해요. 결제는 App Store(아이폰) 또는 Google Play(안드로이드)가 처리하고, 가격은 결제 화면에 나라별 통화로 표시돼요.
- 무료 체험: 월간·연간 구독은 신규 구독자에게 7일 무료 체험을 제공할 수 있어요. 체험이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않으면 그 구독 요금이 결제돼요.
- 자동 갱신과 해지: 구독은 해지하기 전까지 같은 기간·요금으로 자동 갱신돼요. 아이폰은 설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독, 안드로이드는 Google Play 스토어 > 결제 및 구독 > 구독에서 언제든 해지할 수 있고, 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 계속 쓸 수 있어요.
- 환불: 환불은 결제를 처리한 Apple 또는 Google의 환불 정책을 따라요.
- 평생 이용권: 한 번 결제로 계속 쓸 수 있는 구매이며 구독이 아니에요. 같은 스토어 계정으로 다시 설치하면 '구매 복원'으로 되살릴 수 있어요.
- 기록: 집중 기록은 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장돼요. 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 기록이 사라질 수 있으며, 이에 대해 책임지지 않아요.
- App Store 이용자: App Store에서 받은 경우 Apple의 표준 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용돼요.
- 보증의 한계: 앱은 있는 그대로 제공되며, 집중력·학습 성과 같은 특정 결과를 보장하지 않아요.
- 약관 변경: 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 올려요.
- 준거법: 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따라요.
Dropstone Terms of Use
- The service: Dropstone is a focus timer that shows your focus time as drops of water wearing away a rock. No account is needed.
- Subscriptions and payments: Starting a focus session requires a monthly or yearly subscription or a lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), and prices are shown in your local currency on the purchase screen.
- Free trial: Monthly and yearly subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged for the subscription.
- Auto-renewal and cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price until canceled. Cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on iPhone, or in Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions on Android. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds: Refunds follow the refund policy of Apple or Google, whichever processed the payment.
- Lifetime purchase: A one-time purchase that you can keep using. It is not a subscription. Reinstall with the same store account and tap "Restore purchases" to get it back.
- Your records: Focus records are stored only on your device. They may be lost if you delete the app or change devices, and we are not responsible for that loss.
- App Store users: If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
- No guarantee: The app is provided as is, and we don't guarantee any particular result, such as better focus or study outcomes.
- Changes: If these terms change, the updated terms and their effective date will be posted on this page.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
